Patterns of Winter - Revisited - #7

Patterns_ofWinter-7

Hey, what can I say? It's still winter around here. I'm ready for it to go away, but until it does, I'm gonna keep workin' it.

There was a time when my personal work slowed to a crawl during the winter. Now I couldn't turn it off even if I wanted to. And I don't want to. It's my momentum play. Big Mo...don't let it go.

I'm with ya, D...Stay in the moment, don't wish it away...When it's 100 degrees in the middle of August we'll be pining for these frosty days.....embrace it for all it's worth, don't leave one single gift (or photo op) unopened for the plentitude of gifts.........too easy to take for granted God's abundance precisely because of it's abundance.....

This season affords us rest that we'll regret hurrying along...

So I say, "Bravo!" for more winter pics : )

(soliloquy over)

Wow, H, I think I could copy and paste your comment and make a post out of it. There you go again, sounding all brilliant and everything.

I hate to be anti-winter here, but I would love a picture of a flower or just a BUD! Snow is starting to give me hives when I see it falling, lol. I am just itching to get out on the lake and I WISH we had 100 degree days. I don't think I have ever witnessed one in Midland in my four years here? Hmmmm.

Hey, I'm a summer guy, too, Carol. The winter helps me appreciate summer even more. And I must admit, when March rolls around, I've had my fill of winter...

I really like this photo. It reminds me of this wool rug I was in love with but was too $$ for me. It was white with a tire track impression running up one side... or more simply, it looked like a tire track in the snow =)

Wished I could have bought it!
