Patterns of Winter Series - #1

RipStik-12-Edit

This is what you get when you combine one sidewalk, one inch of snow, one 13-year-old kid on a Ripstik and not one care in the world.

I tried a rip-stick once. That's all I am going to say about that. :)

Haha! You have one up on me, Jay! I haven't even tried.

However! I took my son to Toys 'r Us to reward him for a good report card a while back -- he got something and I got a pogo stick. He looked at me like I was crazy (I am). He had never seen one. Now every kid in the neighborhood wants to use it, including him. They can use it - they just need to get in line behind me.

My hat's off to ya, Jay.

As you might imagine, that quote comes as a result of learning (yet another) lesson the hard way. Thankfully, I corrected my course and ordered the Chicken Kiev another day. As you might expect, it was terrific. The pizza? The worst.
