My Little Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for blessing me beyond measure. Please forgive me for forgetting how blessed I am. Please help me do a better job of blessing others. I know "the way is narrow", but with your help, I can find the way. Thank you, Father.

Amen!
Great shot, Dan. I can't wait to get there.
And as for taking your circumstances for granted, I don't think you are...I think as photogs we give a voice to those who normally are silent...

Stay safe and keep on shootin! That's what the big man above has bestowed upon you to do, so do it well and he'll be happy and you will be blessed, my friend.

Dan, wow...this poignant prayer powerful in it's humility...achknowledging the need for help to find the way because it's so narrow, that total posture of relying on Him to shepherd you, not trusting yourself to find the path without him...The brevity of this prayer packed an unexpected punch of profundity that hit the bullseye of my heart, stopped me in my tracks, and humbled me.

Echoing your prayer and adding my amen,

"Hindsfeet"

p.s. your photo definitely gives perspective to what we Americans call our "bad economy"...

Hindsfeet,

Your post script reminds me of something I heard this past summer from a man from Togo, Africa:

"Our country has never known the wealth of your recession."

That stopped me in my tracks.

(I may need to blog about that one...)
