Hi D2,

Great shot. I prefer an aisle seat most of the time but scenes like these are best captured when seating by the window.

Thanks for the tips on photography. Very helpful.

Be well.

Cool shot. I thought of you when we were going over the Mackinac Bridge with my camera pointed out the window while traveling 45 mph. Unfortunately, we were in a total fog, so my picture was black and blurry! Can you beleive on the way back, while traveling three hours under sunny skies, a terrible storm hit right above the bridge! It lasted just seconds. Totally bummed I missed out on that photo op. We hope to take the kids up to the island soon and I plan to sit in the car indefinitely, lol :O)

Haha! Good plan, Carol!

We love Mackinaw Island. In fact, I've got a great "photographer" story about me being a bonehead on Mackinaw Island. I'll blog about it in the next couple days. Thanks for the reminder!! Stay tuned...

Well, I look forward to it =) Sounds like it could be a good one or perhaps a tip for me, lol. I'll capture a shot of that bridge if it's the last thing I do! LOL!

Really like this shot, Dan!
It's one of those angles I see all the time, but never thought of shooting. You of course, are gifted and saw art in the making!

Great stuff!
